in milk shape its so easy just go to bottom right box and model i do that 100s of times

You can't just teach somebody to model. Just start of with something basic. Like a box house. Then try to go into more harder stuff like cars, weapons, etc.

You bought milkshape yet? If you take a look at the interface, And just try something like..

1. Klik da box tool
2. Draw in 2d view
3. ...
4. Profit!

You can also use the vertex tool, Then select 3 and press F. Ta-daa! An face!

We only can teach you how to use milkshape.
