I have a .gif image that I want to use as my avatar, but I don't know how to scale it to 75x75 pixels!

Use a image hoster that resizes, like TinyPic
Just put in the image, set it to resize to Avatar, then save the image after its done, piece of cake.

Tinypic resized it to 75x100 pixels.

That other site only offered percentages, not exact pixels.

Pivot can be an OKAY program if you know what you're doing
