Picking an ideal admin (the short guide)

I see tons of my friends drop by my server and its always tough to choose which ones have admin. Although I managed to narrow it down to 12 admins. Wait....oh not to post admins.

Anyway, I would see an admin that would build something important that I can't build (I'm not that lazy but sometimes it matters), a good friend on other servers, gave me admin on their server (most of mine don't host servers and I also see eye for eye as well), and doesn't abuse admin (teleing, cheating, and/or banning).

Don't get me wrong on my expectations, my admins are very good ones.

Not saying that your admins specifically would do this, but...
I've been to servers where the host went afk and someone got admin by building something. These people had the tendancy to act like they own the place and act highly immature and abuse their power just because they build 2 parts of a challenge.

Ah, this happened the last time I hosted my JailRPG (I shouldn't go AFK again). But, what I meant by building something was they did build something that helped the server. With my CityRPG several months back, I always gave admin to a person that built something. But that failed and the people that did got revoked.

Whenever I host my JailRPG, an admin comes on such as Synx (Rebloxed on the forums) and/or Sly and Dark Inferno. They are very good friends of mine and I've known them for ages now (I haven't been here for a year yet).

I give admin to people who play fair, be sensible, and have a great time on whatever I'm hosting, mostly I give Admins but that's rare, I have like only one auto admin and five super admins. Before I cleared my list of auto admins, I had like about twenty super admins and eight admins.

Wow you narrowed it down pretty good. I have 4 Super Admins and then 8 Admins.

Here's a REALLY good tip:

-Don't make someone admin just because they're your friend. If they find this unfair and don't want to be friends anymore, then they aren't a friend, and most likely not a good admin.

My friend use to get mad at me when I would Deadmin him for abusing my trust. Latter I decided it would be best not to play blockland with him anymore. Don't let real life friends play blockland >:c
