Good games that my computer can run?

I have to come to my mom's house every other weekend and I got this stuffty computer. I was wondering if there was any good games that my computer can run.

My specs are attached.

The CPU is below decent, the GPU is pretty old as well.
The highest I'd say you'd be able to run is probably Half-Life 2 on max settings.

I ran it on Athlon 1.1GHz single core, with an inbuilt 6150.

L4D/2 is not one of those games you could possibly. "run"
