Help me make my servers faster

When i click start a game it takes to long to load.
After that loads it take even longer to load the actual game.
Then it makes lag every 5 minutes and the lag lasts 1 minute.
Its really bad because of how long it takes.

well, to make it faster you could delete addons from the folder/what you're using, that speeds it up a lot for me
