everyone, hear me out:
when i have 60 dems and am going to pay off a fine, somone arrests me....
now you say "duh noob", but
YOU GET MONEY FROM FINES PAID. noone knows this so i think it should be fixed so you can get a chance to pay off fines before going to jail.

That is no fun then. Running from noob cops is fun. : ) If they cant arrest you when you are wanted because you have to pay off a fine would be dumb.
