Some crash, some dont?

   I noticed that a few random people on my servers will be 100% fine, and wont crash. On the other hand, when i load certain things, lots of people, whom already are on, just crash. Its not JUST that one save, either. I have recently downloaded l4d2 wepons pack, but it works for everything else, on some other maps people are fine. Now I can barley find a person who doesnt crash within the first 5 seconds of joining. Can someone help?

There were about 9 people on, and 8 crashed. I have a 4.0 proccer so it isnt lag or anything like that. Perhaps one or two have a 1.0 and lagged out.
