have huge problem

i have the TDM CTF Siege and c&R mods but there V12 not V14
can someone make a V14 version of these mods so i can get them?

tested and they work ty but still have the same problem with Heeds Cannon
the F18 Hornet and the Military Jeep those are some epic add ons that i NEED for
war maps
