It's completely safe. If it wasn't safe, the game wouldn't be so popular. It doesn't open up your computer to any security risks, it just lets people join your server.

I don't believe you can, unless some company is willing to use a Blockland key just for you.

It's pretty easy just to allow Blockland.exe full access without affecting the rest of your security.
