cant spawn vehicles

i cant spawn vehicles and im trying on flat terrain with only one brick in the whole map but it wont spawn do anyone have an idea about how to fix i? and if so pandas for u

Try spawning it on an an elevated surface. Place a x4 cube and place the vehicle spawn above it.

i have tried on bedroom and there was alot of space around the spawn and no error sound
