What the RTB IRC does is sets your name to Blockheadxxxx, and then changes your name to what it's supposed to be.

Someone set their name to Blockheadxxxx so now you can't get on.

Anyway, this happened to me a while ago. See that login name thingy at the bottom? Put your username in it and a password. Then, click the button that says "Disconnect", wait for it to finish, then click connect. Then, it should work. If it doesnt, re-download RTB, and try again.

Yes, re-downloading RTB suddenly changes the way it functions completely. That's the only way re-downloading it would help anyways.
