Broken duplicator?

The duplicator seems to break sometimes. Happens to me a few times to. I just live with the fact that it won't work, and don't use it.

Load something and it will start working.

this happened on my dedicated server, so i reinstalled and it works perfectly now.

I re-downloaded it twice. To no avail.
