Anyway, yeah, it's a pretty epic midi file in the Windows folder that I stumbled across once. I think it's only in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Most of them are a guitar cover of the song played over the actual midi. Lokk for the video that shows it in MIDIswing.

what's in it?

It's a song, in midi format. Probably for testing speakers and the windows sound set, midis will actually sound different on another OS because of differences in the set of instruments.
