When I open RTB's Mod Manager, I wait for awhile then it says "Connection Failed".

Yes Blockland V14 and RTB 3.4.

Go through the Bitdefender block-list and check if any server with "blockland" in it is blocked

Beats me then. Make sure you don't have RTB installed twice (this can happen on macs somehow) and make sure it is the official RTB 3.4 and not something someone has given you.

all is ok about Rtb. oh well...now i cant update my addons...
