v15 problems

can you please help because if i dont get to play my blockland im going to eat my head off!!! my problem is that when i try to download the v15 the thing says that when the window closes that it will install but it doent!!! can you please help me please or you make me sad.

Sky, the best thing to do is to erase Blockland completely then go to http://www.blockland.us/Download.html and Redownload it
