Weapons are not showing up in game?

I am starting up my own private game with not even the default weapons, and rarely any add-ons, only one gun... and that one gun(The Nerf Maverick) is not showing up on the in-game weapon list. I do not really know what it is. Mabey a bad Add-on? Help

Look in the console. Search for the filename. It is says anything about "will not execute" below that, there is definitely something wrong.

It doesnt even show up that it has been added to the weapon list in the console O.O
