Rockstar doesn't even have a reason to release it for the pc, it's gonna get pirated easily.

I'm kind of tired of this "oh, pc exists?" bullstuff.  Hey DICE, I'm still waiting for Battlefield 1943, you know, that game you released last summer?  That game that got records?  Yeah, that one.  It's not out on PC.

Get a console and support the developers?

I'm pretty sure you can get a 360 or a ps3 since gaming pc's cost a stuffload.

I have a console, and why should I support developers who can't code worth stuff?  If you try connecting to BF 1943 on a console, it just returns an error, you can rarely get into a game.  This has been a huge issue, and DICE isn't doing ANYTHING about it.  They just collected info last year, and that's it.  No patch, no server fix, nothing.  We were dumped so DICE could work on DLC for BC2.  The stranger part is that BC2 is on pc and all that, but 1943 isn't.  What the forget, DICE?  I'm tired of seeing "We're working on it."  I want to see the game.

It's done that for me since last year.  Many, many people are having the same exact issue.

Yep, and I am using a router, I've changed different settings, but that does nothing.

The only one of my friends that has it on the PS3 said he keeps his ports open all the time, that could be why he's not having any of those errors

Not yet at least. It will be released for PC eventually. So I'm content with waiting. FPS suck on consoles. Hate joysticks :-(

BACK TO THE PROBLEM: Try unpluging the xbox plug it back in, and it should automatically close.
