When I go into the addons folder in my Blockland folder I see all these addons that I have never downloaded and they dont show up on Blockland

The ZIP files are the ones you have downloaded and the other arnt. That is why you don't have them ingame. you can save add ons in that folder and they most likely to show up ingame
