Bind the mouse wheel?

Hey all; long time, no post.

Here's the problem: not only has BL unbound the mouse wheel for moving up and down menus, but I can't re-bind the scroll wheel- the game doesn't seem to recognize it.  I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium, if that helps any.

NVM.  I just realized it was never bind-able.  Reset to mouse+wheel config default and that solved it.
