Not very good. You should use thicker lines. Yoou might also want to make the lines look more smooth. :S

Using the pencil tool in MS paint has never been a good way of making decals.

Anyway as your First decal they're pretty good. Keep going, someday you will be the King of decals, just keep it coming.
