Ports automaticly going to 28100

Title pretty much explains it all. In adv. config I change the port number from 28100 to 28000, start my server and ask about 3-4 people to join. No one is able to and they all tell me that my server is dead. So, I disconnect go to adv. config to find out that the ports back at 28000. What am I suppose to do? Would makeing the port range go to 28000 - 28100 instead of 28000 - 28030 help?

Change it to 28100-28130

I ment to say it goes back to 28100. Thanks kalphiter, i'll see if it works
