Dedicated.bat loads all the add-ons

When I run my dedicated server, all loving add-ons are enabled and mostly the add-ons that I need, are disabled. I don't want to delete them, because, if I want to join a server, I will have to download all that stuff again.
Help?

Run a non-dedicated server with the add-ons you don't want, then close it then host a dedicated one, or, go to Blockland file.
Go to this:
Blockland\config\server
and you should see:
ADD_ON_LIST.cs
Go in the .cs file, and put a 0 against the ones you don't want enabled, and 1 that you do.
