Looks like the people of The Medieval established Red Cross a few hundred years earlier, what I'm saying is that it looks like stuff crafted by the finest of stuff-craftsmen and got the blood that came out of their wrists on the stuffty shuriken while they were busy committing Self Delete because of how unbelievably stuffty their job is. The other people electrocuted themselves in the electric chair, so the lightning bolts are basically stuffty background image SFX and it's all white because of how many people electrocuted themselves.

You added gradual tints to the sides, scribbled the inside, and put lines that are meant to be lighting behind it.  What are you trying to accomplish by posting this here?  Post it in the "artwork that doesn't deserve its own thread" topic.
