Could Not locat [Filename] Try to download again...

Its the title, its the problem...

PROBLEM:
When i join a server like an theater, they ask me to download sounds and music...
so i activate the DOWNLOAD MUSIC and SOUND stuff in network, i re join, then i open the console be pressing ` ( Or ~ ) then at a time i read:

Could not locate [Filename] Attempt to downloading
Then it takes HOURS to join a server, this is also for textures and the other stuff,

What i do now:
Now i need to do anything manual...

in network options, check the box next to disable_upnp or something.

Where's the "What the hell are you blabbering on about?" option? You're supposed to go to network options, and disable the download of the troublesome add ons.
