IRC issues

Every time I connect to IRC. It first says something like [ffff:67.] Then when I look at the irc page, it says "Connecting...Connected...Disc onnected" I can never connect. I even tried using a third party program. Please help.

I looked it up. Apparently Z-Line means my whole IP range was banned. What did I do so bad, that my whole IP range had to be banned?

are you currently on a public netowork? if your network is not private/ passworded then people feel free to get on the Internet there and could easily get the whole public IP adress banned

My dad is using Tor on his computer, which is allowing others on out network. When I looked up the Z Line on my IP, it mentioned TOR. It said it was for 10 days. So my dad got rid of TOR. Hopefully it will solve the problem.
