My ghost brick keeps dissapearing/crash

Sometimes my ghost brick just ramdomly dissapears. And no, I did not hit the 0 key on the number pad. Then a few seconds later, it says some sort of error and the game crashes.

its a v15 glitch will be fixed in v16
so dont worry about it just save so that when it does crash you have a backup
