Recently in the past week i have seen alot of so called hacker topics, now these people are not hackers, and it isn't detailed alot, i think i dont even need links, These are the things you do for them to get it

• They have a admin friend telling them the pass
• They saw the password before being deadmined
• They are excellent guessers

So here i go again: Stop making these topics, its impossible and its just a admin guess, move along with your lives.
