How do you dedicate a server

I opened the dedi.batch then opened blockland, created a server then loaded bricks and logged out, but i had 2 servers 1 dedicated other not. the on dedicated doesn't open but the one one not does Can some one help me please?

Once you click the Dedi.bat and the black screen window pops up, just wait until it's finished loading, then start blockland. then go to join a game, click LAN at the bottom and join your server from there.

Also put this in the help section next time.
