Need an animating program.

Besides flash. It needs to be able to have the background transparent. I'm thinking of getting rid of furry but even if i didn't I lost the Gif and would need to remake it. Anyway, Background transparency is a must, and the tools that flash has would be very helpful. Preferably cheap cause i got flash for free from my father whom works in television.

Eh... After I import a sprite sheet it's impossible to trace the sprites and remove the background.
