v16 wont let me download

i keep trying to download v16 it shuts down blockland and nothing and if i say cancel it automatically shuts down blockland i tried downloading it off web

lower your firewalls and try from the site remember download the one that your comp is XD

wizard(installment system) wont work it wont sdhow up and my firewall is on real low
