Max physics vehicle limit is FIVE?!

When I attempt to place more then 5 vehicles in my Slopes TDM, it says that the max Physics vehicles is 5. That's pathetic. I can't do a Slopes TDM with 5 vehicles. What's going on?

apparently v16 made it so you CANT make it higher than 5, If i remember correctly... Or was it 15?

I just needed to set the advanced settings before starting the server. I was used to RTB being able to change it
