Lots of people say they're server is being hosted by ATFClan.eu. I thought the site is some sort of file branching with IPs to remote to, and do whatever. I went to the site, but wait! It's all in german. Where do I go, what do I do, to get my server hosted by ATFClan.eu?!

Hm. Try going to

www.ATFClan.com

but they only support games like Team Fortress 2 and Call of Duty games... Hmmm.

No, the site he's talking about is at http://atfclan.eu.

They're currently hosting four servers - their second Quality Town (keeps hitting brick limit, also down as of me posting), their Medieval RPG (WIP / passworded), Kalphiter's Mini City, and Diggy's Metropolis RP. The servers they're hosting for Kalphiter and Diggy, I believe, are tests to make sure that the hosting works successfully for other people and is easy to manage, since they're considering offering paid hosting to everyone at a later time.

Not that I'm being forced to promote their servers, but: They're on incredibly powerful systems and have virtually no lag at all. I was running some long looping code on Diggy's server to back up some save files, and while normally it would lag for a brief second, it didn't at all (which actually caused me to repeat the process because I thought it didn't work). The servers are located in Europe, making latency a bit high for some, but it hasn't been a problem.

Oh, cool, thanks! How much is the hosting going to be?
