Would it be against the rules to make an alt while you have an active unban't account... But when/if Original Account is banned, and you use Alt when original Account is perma'd.

Or having Orig Acct and making an alt to spam, and using Orig Acct to browse and be nice?

It would be considered making multiple accounts, which i think it is, but people tend to do it anyway.
