The apostrophe button is not working.
Instead, it opens the console.
Pressing ~ does nothing in Blockland.
But pressing ' opens the console.
This way, I can't say put apostrophe in the chat.
Is there a way to fix this?

You might check if you have any of the windows keyboard accessibility options turned on.  Start->Settings->Control Panel->Accessibility Options
