How do you change your welcome message font and size?

I been wondering about this for ages, but never came to ask how... intill today

Like this:

<color:FFFFFF> (white, basically)

You can go 00-99 (FF is full, and 00 is null)

So FFFFFF is while, because thats what you get when you mix all the colors, 000000 is black, because there is no colors to mix thus you get black.

FFFF00 is yellow, because red and green = yellow.

Do you get what I'm saying?
