Make a rope?

Can some one make a rope or chain that is buildable like so when u put one end to anothe end itbecome a rope (or a chain)

Idk about that, but you could just use the grapple rope addon. I love that thing.

i meant like building a ship then put chain at the end of the deck (build able)

why not use a round 1x1 and event it to lift you up, then duplicate it to the length you want?
or did you mean like a brick that looks like a rope? because there are bricks that would look VERY VERY similar to a rope, except not twisty and braided, i think they can be found on the RTB forums, i beleive they are called pole bricks.

yes but the pole bricks only go up and down not side to side, if that's the question

it sorta can, the grapple rope has an emitter shot from the player to the point you shot it at, and you can swing and see it sorta move
