Alright, Hosting prob.

Alright, I could host a week ago, but now, My server is always --- now.

I used to have great ping. Like under 100.

I have a NetGear router.
When we bought this router, UPnP was automatically enabled, so I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything worked!

But, IDK what's going on. Is there some way of to making this work like normal?

You could port forward manually, And disable UPNP
Or you could Enable UPNP and make sure no port forwarding is open to blockland.
You cannot have 2 working at the same time.
