I put the .dts exporter in blender with python 2.6 and this is what I get. (Bottom of pic)

Also, when I take out the python26.dll file, blender doesn't work, and when I added the python 2.4 file it didn't change.
I'm using blender 2.49 and it says I MUST have python 2.6 installed for it to work.
So do I need to get an older version or what?
