Yo, idiot, mini-nuke has been fail binned. You cannot get it.

You can get the Mininuke from the old RTB2 arrchive, along with almost any addon like the CityRP.

Although, like other people have said, it doesn't work anyway anymore so its basically pointless to go looking.
