I doubt that's MS Paint.
It's Win7 paint. It's much improved and actually pretty decent, but it's still lacking in a few key fundamental areas Compared to the likes of Paint.net, Gimp, and Photoshop.

Well that's
neat.
If I didn't know any better, I would've considered that traditional paint from a kindergarten class, or something.
