Questions about tires.

Hi.

As you might know, I recently started making vehicles. Now, I'm starting on tires. But as always, I have a shipload of bugs.
Here is the list.
 Everytime my tires turn, a white shine comes out. FIXED
-When I try to turn left or right, my vehicle bends in that side very oddly.

So, please, help me :C

They aren't needed. The thing that happens that everytime my wheels turn, a shine comes out and the vehicles bends too much in angles.

Double toast.

I figured out why the tires were blinking. It was because the model was smooth shaded. I flatted it and looks the same stuff, so that's fine.
