Bots respawn instantly?

something i noticed recently

horses, bots, tank turrets, etc all respawn instantly if killed



is this intentional, or did i break something, or what

Didn't they always do that, I mean, what else would they do?

I have same problem it happens then i have bot events on
Then i turn them off they seem to respawn normally
