Y'know since you obviously think everybody thought 9/11 was the worst day in history and if anybody even so mentions it they are deemed so to not have a heart.

I obviously think that?  And where is this information from?  I know that most people don't care either way.  I've seen people who just sit bored through the seminars.  Yes, it is boring.  Yes, lots of people don't care.  Does that mean I hate them?  No.  Does that mean they "don't have a heart?" No.  Does that mean that I thought everyone would see my view? No. I knew people would contest the issue.  That is why I said /discuss.  I did not want the entire thread to become some people ripping on me for different views.

No.  I never "bitched" about it.  I posted saying that I wasn't angry at any one person, but that I wanted the avatar removed, due to it's offending nature.

If go and say, watch family guy, you'll see that they make fun of AIDS.
If you go to say, 4chan, they call any spam, or otherwise unapproved posts, cancer, thus comparing a deadly disease to a simple post on an imageboard.
If you say, play any video games with any killing in them at all, like blockland, you could say they are making fun of war, or murder.
But nope, none of that is bad.

Finally.  A valid point.  You are right, it isn't as bad for people to make fun of that.  It's probably because of a few different reasons.  For instance, AIDS is a disease and has been known for a much longer time.  The 9/11 tragedy is much more recent.  I concede to your point, however.  Even so, 9/11 is nothing to be laughing at.
