V15 and V16: can they connect?

I have v15 right now, and I have done an expiriment: I can connect to people with v16, but can they connect with me when i'm using v15? Can anyone tell me if they can because i just hosted a server all night and NO ONE joined. (sad)..................moo..

why would you want to use v15 if v16 was just bug fixes?  Its not like it changed any components of the game

maybe no-one joins because you need v16. v15 servers are still bad. v16 servers are much much better so try v16 not stay with v15. v15=to many bugs. 16= not many bugs

There are no V15 Servers. Everyone is on V16.
