The one with the Heavy could have been better, use the No-Collide tool on the bomb to fit it more into the Heavy's hand, the one with Dr Breen isn't so bad, you just need a better graphics card

I don't care too much about my graphic, as I do actually getting the posing right.

It's hardly called a pose. All you did (directing to the heavy picture) was to put him on the couch, freeze his body in a somewhat crippled sitting position and move his right arm and his fingers (ignoring the face posing. which isn't good either, if you planed to make it "realistic" that is).

It's ok for a beginner but please, put more effort to it. You are more satisfied if it looks good rather than it was made fast and stupid looking.
Look, I'm not the best but I know what I'm talking about. It can take you about over five minutes just to pose the arm in the right position. I even start over sometimes because the arm just doesn't look good posed.
Patience is the key in GMod.
