Transparent avatars not working

This doesn't go in help. I'm pretty sure it doesn't go in help because this isn't really related to Blockland.

Anyways, every time I try to upload a trans avatar the transparent parts just turn into black space.

I'm using photoshop elements and it's not working every time I try. :c Sorry for the redundancy.

It's largest dimension has to be 75px or smaller.
