Because it's actually a good system.
It forces people to realize that they can make mistakes when they try to do something right.
In other roleplays, all you see is people swinging deadly attacks that should shatter the entire universe back and forth as they block and dodge such attacks.
Some are even lazy enough to say they're already dead so they can't be hurt or anything, and shove it in your face constantly, kinda like what people see furries do.
(Before a furry comes in here raging saying they don't all do it... I know they don't all do it. It's just common and don't start an argument over it.)
