If you open the Blockland.exe file and can't find the dedicated.bat, then you are stupid.

Its been like 2 years scince I Downloaded BL and IDK where it is so im pretty much lost D:
           Have a cookie anyway               

1. Right-click BL.
2. Go to Properties.
3. Click on Open File Location.
4. There should be a program called "dedicated". Click on it.
                                                                                                                 Tah da.

Also, when you start a dedicated server, it will be on Bedroom. To change it from bedroom, press Ctrl-A and click Change Map to select your map. Also, RTB is helpful for changing the server info and the dedicated loader is helpful for loading saved bricks faster.

Actually it starts as slate. if you want to change that, edit the dedicated.bat and change Slate  to another map of your choice.
