Host a server, go in thirdperson and press TAB til you're in thirdperson. Click your left mouse button and see if your hand moves, If that doesn't work, go in options menu and look for "Reset Defaults" in Controls then try clicking again.

actualy 3rd in this topic
i remember i once tried to combine two addons, agile player and health, and i somehow really screwed it up so when i jet i couldn't click, so maybe it's an addon, try disabling chunks of them at once, or try with only default on
also once, in one of the older versions, i remember for a few days i couldn't click on anything, and i think it fixed itself somehow
