Add - Ons Not Working!

OK, I have problems installing add - ons. These are the steps I take. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I have a vista if that helps
1.I download the add on. eg; Weapon_Akimbo Rocket L
2.I put it in this folder C:\Blockland\Add-Ons
3.I try to start server, then go to "add ons" and the weapon is not on the list!
Please help!!

"Weapon_Akimbo Rocket L" doesn't sound like a properly named filed.
Shouldn't it be "Weapon_Akimbo_Rocket_L"?

I assume the file is "Weapon_Rocket_Akimbo".
